My practice embraces the holistic nature of acupuncture, meeting you as a whole and supporting you to find balance, whether that be in body, mind or spirit. It is important to me to provide a safe space, allowing each person to come as they are. I offer treatment using an integrated approach, drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and 5 Element Acupuncture alongside supporting treatments such as Moxibustion, Cupping and Guasha.
