I am Christine Richards, the Magical Hormone Mentor. An expert in

and I specialise in Gut Health and Stress Relief.  The services I offer

are Nutrition, relaxation and movement with Reflexology, Indian Head

These services can be taken as individual sessions, or as group

sessions, or combined into a programme for optimum results depending on
